A former University Associate Professor, she has played a significant role in shaping academic standards, governance structures, and examination systems throughout her career span of 48 years.
During her service tenure, she held key administrative responsibilities and headed various academic and administrative committees, contributing to institutional planning, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Her leadership extended beyond teaching into strategic academic governance and policy implementation.
She has been extensively associated with the University Examination Department for over 40 years and the Delhi University examination system. She has contributed to examination planning, evaluation processes, and confidential academic administration. Additionally, she has served as an appointed examination observer for national-level examination bodies including CBSE, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Delhi University, and other competitive examinations.
